10/05-present Digital Consultant
Created and managed a number of digital marketing and online content projects primarily within the music industry. Specialised in project
management throughout all of the projects. Worked with clients to increase their profile on major search engines, drive traffic to appropriate
websites and target specific consumers. Managed and maintained digital distribution services for music clients including handling contracts,
executing content management, and dealing with technical and metadata issues. Past and present clients include:
Coke Music - Acted as digial project manager for the rollout of their 2008 online music website. (http://www.cokemusic.com). Project managed
timelines, translations, digital assets, and legal contracts.
AWAL Digital Aggregator - (http://awal.co.uk) Manger of digital music marketing for artists and business clients. Responsible for organizing projects,
managing timelines, and overseeing execution of digital marketing campaigns. Recent artists include Lorraine, Luke Pickett, and Bloodgroup.
Heavenly Records - (http://heavenly100.com) Managering digital marketing campaigns. Responsible for digital distribution and all things online.

5/07-8/07 iTunes, Apple Inc., Festival Manager
Project manager for the iTunes Festival (http://www.itunesfestival.com/). Booked artists, managed ticketing, and co-ordinated daily onsite
production. Co-ordinated online marketing and ticket competitions. Acted as a liaison between artists managers and labels and iTunes in
order to co-ordinate and manageartist assets for the official website. Requested and managed final performing contracts and contact
sheet information. Worked closely with new and emerging artist who performed to ensure that their live performances recorded, mastered,
and digitally imported for iTunes. Compiled working project documents for future festivals.
11/04-10/05 iTunes, Apple Inc., Featured Content Manager
Responsible for managing the creation of and weekly content changes for iTunes Canada online music store and the iTunes Audiobook
online store. Liased with label representatives, engineers, and designers to create featured music and book content for the weekly
store launch. Also managed the creation of special features for the music and book stores including Celebrity Playlists, Single of the Week,
Discovery Download, and New Music Monthly. Interviewed artists for original podcasting content. Took a lead role
in the creation of a keyword and data attribute project for all iTunes online stores. Responsible for hitting weekly deadlines
that are dictated by music industry needs.
1/04-9/04 eBay Inc., International Data Manager
Analyzed the buying and selling data on the European stores in order to create descriptive keyword attributes (or 'item specifics') on the
eBay website. Designed and developed internal project and database tools. Also responsible for the global content management strategy
and monthly category changes to the eBay European stores. Work with eBay's search development team in order to improve the website
search through metadata creation driven by users' needs.
4/99-1/04 Yahoo! Inc., Senior Web Editor and Project Manager
Managed a number of media content, editorial and search engine related projects in response to the changing business needs of Yahoo!
Notable projects and responsibilities included:
Project managed the editorial integration of Broadcast.com into Yahoo!. Responsible for creating and executing a project plan and road map for
integrating audio and video broadcast content into the Yahoo! technical infrastructure. Managed the integration through quality assurance and
database management of multimedia content. Created and executed employee training for newly integrated editors and content managers.
Project managed the content management side of Yahoo! Enterprise on external client based projects. Liaised between engineers and
clients in order to ensure that proper content management for their enterprise database projects. Managed multiple types of assets, structuring those
assets for database access and advising on search and retrieval from the created database. Clients included the State of Florida and Merrill Lynch.
Manager of new employee training. Responsible for creating and maintaining training materials and managing the first three months, or probationary
period, for a new employee within the Yahoo! Search and Editorial group.
Managed a number of projects for the Yahoo! Search and Directory. Responsible for creating and testing related search results, testing search algorithms,
creating the layout of search results, finding fake or illegal websites within the search database, and managing the News and Media website subject area within
the Yahoo! Directory (http://dir.yahoo.com)
